With over 3 and half decades of expertise in manufacture of Fuel Tanks, D&S has developed the capabilities to manufacture a variety of pressed components, automotive tubular components, engineered pressed components,, etc., including Fuel Tanks,Pressurised tanks for Hydraulic Reservoirs, Radiator Surge Tanks in Galvanised Steel and Aluminium. We also produce a variety of Heavy Pressed Parts as well as Tubular Assemblies We have extensive experience in fabricating assemblies in a variety of coated sheets like Lead Free Chrome Free Coated Sheets, Neotech, Galvanised Sheets, Aluminum. We partner with Tata Motors for Research & Development. We also have access in Pune to the Automobile Research Association of India 'ARAI'& 'Auto Cluster’ which have state-of-the -art facilities for evaluating, testing, automobile components. We continue to do improvements and modifications for reducing cost and improve productivity. We have been awarded ISO TS 16949:2002 certification. Our goods are Self Certified for TATA MOTORS, and are Directly Supplied to their lines on a J.I.T. basis. D & S has received recognition from the industry through ACMA's “Quality” Award.
